Gordon Lafferty Memorial Award

Awarded to students with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of an undergraduate or graduate degree at the University of Alberta who are members of the Golden Bears Football program. Selection based on the level of excellence shown in the sport, contributions made to the football team on and off the field of play, and academic standing. Preference given to students who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2).
