Alberta Innovates Summer Research Studentship

The Alberta Innovates Summer Research Studentship provides funding to support students engaging in health/medical research and innovation for 2-4 months during the summer (May-August). Students must be currently registered in an undergraduate or MD program at a Canadian post-secondary institution. Canadian citizens or permanent residents currently studying abroad who wish to do research at the U of A during the summer may also apply. 80% of awards are to be directed to projects that align with one or more Alberta Innovates Priority Areas:

- Applied Health Research for Adoption and Scale
-Sustainable Health Systems
- Digital Health and Data-driven Systems
- One Health
