University of Alberta Rural Scholars Entrance Award

Awarded to students who are Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents from a rural community with satisfactory academic standing entering the first year of an undergraduate degree. Selection based on academic standing. Preference given to students with demonstrated leadership, community engagement, volunteerism, and/or involvement in extracurricular activities.
