Awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in the third year of a Juris Doctor degree with superior academic achievement in Faculty of Law courses related to Wills (LAW 582 – Wills and Administration), Estates (LAW 660 – Estate Planning), Taxation (LAW 504 – Taxation), and/or Trusts (LAW 580- Trusts). Selection based on the highest academic achievement in the course(s) taken.
