Excellence in Public Law Scholarship

An Alberta resident. A student must be enrolled full time. Students must be enrolled in the second or third year of study in the Faculty of Law at the University. Students are to be in satisfactory academic standing as determined by the University (at an institution and/or program level). The Recipient will determine Selected Students on the basis of consideration of the student’s academic standing in course work focused on the field of public law, which includes work focused on constitutionalism (including federalism), the rule of law and statutory interpretation.
Consideration will also be given to students who are enrolled in combined programs, e.g. LLB/MBA program.
