Awarded to a student with superior academic achievement enrolled in the third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Science Specialization in Planning or Bachelor of Arts with a major in Planning in the School of Urban and Regional Planning. Selection based on top academic standing in 300 and 400 level coursework.
