John and May Lockhart Centennial Bar None Award in Nutrition and Food Science

Awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering the fourth year of a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. Selection based on participation in faculty student club(s), agricultural community, and extracurricular activities. Preference given to a student from a farming or ranching family in Western Canada where the primary income of the family is derived from the farm or the ranch. If there is no qualified applicant entering the fourth year, a student entering the third year will be considered. Students are eligible to receive one Bar None Award or Scholarship in any given academic year.
