Phillip Lawson Memorial Essay Prize

To be awarded to a student with superior academic standing entering the third or fourth year in the Faculty of Arts majoring in History. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of academic standing and through the best written essay in British History. Preference will be given to essays involving empire or colonial issues.
