To be awarded annually to a student in Survey Engineering. Recipient will be selected on the basis of academic standing in CIV E 250 (Plane Surveying) together with a good overall academic record.

Donor: Endowed funds by GC Walker (Civil '50) and LR Newby (Civil '51) of Walker, Newby and Associates Ltd in commemoration of their Twenty-Fifth Anniversary of practice in Alberta, and supplemented by matching investment income by the Province of Alberta Advanced Education Endowment Fund of the 1980's
