To be awarded annually to a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident in third or fourth year in the Department of Civil Engineering with a GPA sufficient for admission to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research and who obtains the highest mark in CIV E 409, ‘Construction Methods’.
