Cyril Herbert Tobias Bursary

Awarded to Alberta, Manitoba, and/or Saskatchewan residents who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2) with satisfactory academic standing entering or enrolled in the second, third, or fourth year of an undergraduate degree program. Recipients will be selected on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic standing.
