H Earl Joudrie Scholarship

Awarded to a student with superior academic achievement entering the second, third, or fourth year of a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science, Economics, or History. Recipient will be selected on the basis of academic achievement. Preference will be given to a student with indicated financial need.
